The short version: this site doesn't use analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or forms. It doesn't collect anything about you beyond what any website host needs to deliver the page.

Who we are

This website, jarvisbarrettmedia.com, is run by J.Barrett Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 45 698 181 574), trading as Creator Collab Group, based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. In this policy, "we" and "us" means that company.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The fonts, images and videos all load from this site, not from other companies' servers.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. Cloudflare may process this information outside Australia. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you email jarvis@creatorcollab.com.au, we use your name, email address and what you send us to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists. Our email provider stores messages on our behalf and may do so outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing jarvis@creatorcollab.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
